Vivid employs cultural competency training to improve understanding and the relationship between First Nations People and the wider, diverse Australian community.

Our other training and education initiatives include:

We will reinvest any government funding back into upskilling programs, traineeships, and apprenticeships.

Our learning and development program includes sponsoring staff to study at TAFE.

We are exploring ways to partner with our facility management allies to provide our Indigenous employees with expanded opportunities and experiences via secondments.

We are a supporter of Cowboys House, a charitable foundation which was established in 2015 by the North Qld Cowboys, to improve education, health, employment and social outcomes for young people in north Queensland.
